Racebox 0.9.0 released.

This time RaceBox comes with one rally stage and a suitable car :)

Features:

• Rally car
• All-terrain rally stage
• New types of terrain: sand, snow, mud
• More freedom when it comes to tarmac color (check Track editor manual for details)
• Introduced gradually increasing "strength" of steering, the longer the left/right are pressed, to allow for micro-steering on the straights
• Suspension "overhaul". Invisible, but it's a major step towards having community-created cars.

Fixes:

• Fixed (I think) random pit-stop related server crash
• Final results aren't displayed for everyone, once the winner crosses the SF line (Actually they aren't displayed at all)
